1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how LS TEAM DIGITAL SOLUTIONS L.L.C. — operating under the brand EstateForge — collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal data when you use the Platform.

The Platform refers to the website at estateforge.ae and all related applications, dashboards, and services.
2. Legal framework
We process personal data in accordance with:
- UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL") and its executive regulations;
- other applicable UAE federal and emirate-level laws governing data handling, electronic communications, and consumer protection.
Where we transfer data to service providers outside the UAE, we take appropriate safeguards as described in clause 9.
3. What personal data we collect

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (as defined by the PDPL — for example, health data, biometrics, or national identification numbers) unless required for a specific verified purpose. If we need to collect sensitive data in a particular context, we will seek your explicit consent at that point.
4. How we collect personal data
- Directly from you — when you register an account, subscribe to a plan, enrol in the Broker Programme, fill in a form, contact us, or submit content.
- Automatically — through cookies, server logs, and similar tracking technologies when you visit or use the Platform. See clause 11 for details.
- From third parties — for example, from payment processors confirming a transaction, from identity or business-licence verification services, or from analytics platforms that aggregate usage signals.
- From other users — for example, when a broker submits your contact details as a referral.
5. How we use your personal data
We process your personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so:

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you without human review.
6. Who we share personal data with
We share personal data only as necessary to operate the Platform or where required by law. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We require all third-party service providers to process your personal data only on our instructions and in accordance with data-protection standards consistent with the PDPL.
7. Property-intelligence data and third-party sources
Our data products — rent estimates, comparables, developer scorecards, market signals — are assembled from public records, government datasets, third-party licensed data, and user submissions. Where these include personal data (for example, the name of an individual property owner in a public transaction record), we process such data under legitimate-interest grounds for the purposes of producing property-market intelligence. We take reasonable steps to keep such data accurate and up to date, and to limit processing to what is necessary.

8. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with our legal obligations:

After the applicable retention period, we delete or anonymise the data. Anonymised, aggregated data (which cannot be used to identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal data before the end of a retention period; see clause 10 for how to exercise your rights.
9. International transfers
Our Platform is hosted on infrastructure operated by Vercel (primarily in data centres in the European Union and the United States) and Amazon Web Services (in data centres designated by us at the time of deployment). Some of our service providers (for example, analytics and email tools) also process data outside the UAE.
When we transfer your personal data outside the UAE, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — which may include contractual clauses approved or recognised under the PDPL or UAE executive regulations, relying on the recipient country's adequate level of data protection where recognised, or other mechanisms consistent with applicable law. You may request information about the specific safeguards in place for transfers affecting your data by contacting privacy@estateforge.ae.
10. Your rights
Under the UAE PDPL, you have the following rights:

To exercise any right, email privacy@estateforge.ae with "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days (or such period as required by applicable law). We may ask you to verify your identity before processing a request.
For marketing emails specifically, you can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any such email or updating your preferences in account settings.
11. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (web beacons, pixel tags, local storage) on the Platform. These fall into the following categories:

A cookie consent banner lets you manage your preferences when you first visit the Platform. You can update your choices at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or to delete existing cookies. Refusing essential cookies will affect Platform functionality.
We do not use third-party advertising networks or cross-site tracking cookies to serve behavioural advertising on external websites.
12. Children's privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact privacy@estateforge.ae and we will promptly delete it.
13. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction — including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, audit logging, and secure-by-default infrastructure configuration. No system is completely secure. If you discover a security issue, please report it responsibly to security@estateforge.ae.
In the event of a personal-data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and, where required, the UAE Data Office, in accordance with PDPL requirements.
14. Links to other services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or data sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will tell you about material changes by email or by a notice in the Platform before the change takes effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
