Every property record is cross-referenced against at least two independent sources — DLD registry filings, lease registrations, and a verified broker network. AI flags anomalies; humans review before publication. Every published fact links to its origin source on the platform.

Q2Are you regulated by RERA or DLD?

EstateForge is not a brokerage. We don't list, sell, or earn commission on any property transaction — we're an analytical platform. We operate alongside RERA and DLD's public transparency mandate, not as a substitute for it.

Q3How is this different from Property Finder or Bayut?

Property Finder and Bayut are listing marketplaces. They earn revenue from brokers and developers paying for placement — which is why the same property can show wildly different yield estimates across the two platforms. EstateForge earns from Investors only. The economic models produce different numbers.

Q4Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at any time, no penalty. Annual plans run to term. No long-term contracts, no exit fees.
