What sponsorship doesn’t buy.

This is the most important clause on this page. Read it carefully — and if it isn’t compatible with what you’re trying to do, EstateForge isn’t the right platform for you.

Sponsorship does not influence Developer Scorecards.

Our scorecards are calculated from public records, escrow data, and user reports — using a published methodology with published weights. A Gold sponsor and a Bronze sponsor get the same scorecard their data earns them.

Sponsorship does not influence comps, rent estimates, or market signals.

Every analytical output on EstateForge is produced by the same method regardless of advertiser status.

Sponsored placement is always visually identified as such.

Sponsored content carries a clear "Sponsored" label in the user interface. We never blend paid placement with editorial output.

This firewall is the reason investors trust the platform — and the reason your placement is worth what we charge. It is non-negotiable, and it is mirrored in our Terms of Use at clause 6.

Where placements show up.

Sponsored placements appear in three contexts:

  1. Search and discovery surfaces. When an investor filters for a community, a unit type, or a price band, sponsored projects in that filter band appear in defined slots above and within the organic results. Tier (Gold / Silver / Bronze) determines slot priority and frequency.
  2. Developer pages. Each sponsor gets a developer landing page on EstateForge with their project gallery, floor plans, pricing where they choose to publish it, and direct contact options. Tier determines page depth and rich-media inclusion.
  3. Community spotlights. On community pages (Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, etc.), eligible sponsors can be featured in a "Featured projects in this community" slot, clearly labelled.

We don’t run interstitials. We don’t run pop-ups. We don’t run anything that interferes with an investor’s ability to use the platform’s tools.

A related option for broker-affiliated developers.

If your developer-sales operation uses external brokers, you may also be interested in our Featured Broker placement — a separate paid placement product that promotes a specific broker (or brokerage) inside the platform’s broker-discovery surfaces. Q1Do you publish placement prices?

Not currently. Placement value depends on the project, the launch window, the community, and the slot type. We quote on enquiry. If you'd like a rate card for procurement, request one at developers@estateforge.ae and we'll share the current structure.

Q2Can placements be exclusive within a community?

For Gold tier, exclusivity windows are available subject to slot availability. Silver and Bronze are non-exclusive.

Q3Will my placement appear next to a competitor's?

Possibly, depending on tier and slot. Gold tier includes higher-priority slots that limit adjacency; Silver and Bronze do not. Discuss specific competitive-window requirements when you contact us.

Q4Can you guarantee a specific number of leads or conversions?

No. We commit to placement, frequency, and reporting — we don't commit to outcomes that depend on your project's pricing, location, and offer. We report engagement data transparently and can discuss benchmarks during onboarding.

Q5What's your payment and contract structure?

Standard placement contracts run quarterly or for a specific campaign window, with payment in AED to LS TEAM DIGITAL SOLUTIONS L.L.C. before campaign go-live. Custom terms available for larger campaigns.
